If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not refund any shipping costs that incurred from the original shipment and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs for non-defective items. A refund will not be issued until all returns are fully inspected. If a product has been damaged, worn or washed a refund will not be issued and the bed will be returned back to the customer.
After 30 days we offer an exchange only policy for defective products up to 1 year. We reserve the right to deny, repair or replace a defective product depending on the problem. All returns will be inspected by our returns department. We will not replace any products that have been damaged due to chewing, digging, misuse or improper care and handling.
