How should I take care of my new Smart Pet Bed?


Care and Washing Instructions:

- Unzip cover and remove from bed. Machine wash outer cover with cold gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and if needed a small amount of bleach.

- Tumble dry all bed covers on medium heat.

If washing one of our bolster beds from our Supreme Series, remove the bolster fiber pillows first. Bolsters inserts can be hand washed and air dried. Make sure to reinstall bed cover first then insert bolster pillows. Make sure Memory Foam is at the top of your bed.


Waterproof Liner:

- When installing the liner, insert the foam into the corner of the liner then fit the foam into the second corner. Pull the cover down over the foam, allowing it to lay flat. Now gently close the zipper.

- The water liner can be wiped clean with a sponge and mild soap.

- The liner's larger, outer zipper flap must always point towards the bottom of the bed. This will allow liquids to shed off and away from the bed.

- Always make sure the memory foam is at the top of the bed when installing both the liner and bed cover.

All of our Supreme Series and Executive Series beds include a waterproof liner. Our liner is made of a high quality  mattress grade vinyl with our patented double flap zipper guard.
